The Business Outsourcing Company (BOC), part of CNG Business Services, is pleased to have been chosen to assist a British FMCG (fast moving consumer good) company with a bespoke, outsourced customer support campaign.
The campaign involves calling hundreds of retailers that sell our client’s products and carrying out a telephone based survey to gather answers to specific questions. At the same time, we are also assessing customer satisfaction and escalating to our client’s attention any that need specific technical support.
Our client doesn't have the spare personnel to carry out this campaign at short notice and to cover so many clients in the specific time period in which the campaign must be completed.
As an add-on to this service, we will also be carrying out a lead generation campaign to find more customers that match our client’s required profile. BOC will procure data to the specific parameters that our client requires and then will call the targeted retailers to raise awareness. We will provide a campaign specific phone number that comes into offices and on which we provide our own 24/7 call answering service.
